Founded in 2005 by mechanical engineers Steve Grangetto and Chris Taylor, 5th Axis was built on the belief that 5-axis machining is the key to producing precision parts more efficiently. From the start, we have embraced advanced machining techniques to push the boundaries of manufacturing.

Beginning with a single Haas VF-2TR in a small workspace, we have grown into a world leader in automated production, serving industries such as aerospace, medical, and electronics. Our customers range from cutting-edge startups to industry giants like NASA, Raytheon, and General Atomics.
